DJ Patient Zer0

Patient Zero is an industrial techno musician and dj of many different genres of music. Born in Vancouver, partially raised in Calgary, before returning to Vancouver.

 Mr. Zero, as he currently prefers to be referred to as, started djing back in 2003 at an ill-fated all ages Industrial night, called the Boiler Room. All though it only lasted about a month, that was enough to convince him that this was something he needed to pursue.

 After that was 2 years of playing friends parties,raves and various other occasions(at least one wedding), until one day a close friend who helped run a hard rock/metal night at the Brickyard called Virgin Wednesdays called him up. He joined up with that in August 2005, and eventually became a regular dj for a promotions company called SPM music

 He has been part of several nights of varing genres from Virgin Wednesday(hard rock/metal), Shift(Industrial,Rock,Goth)

 Synthetic Thursdays(Techno) till April 2007, when he departed ways with SPM due to personal issues.

 He currently resides Sunday nights at Descent soley, but is looking to find new nights at various venues. He has played at many of the local bars in the city including the Brickyard, the Columbia,the Balmoral, The Lamplighter,the Picadilly and and the Gecko Club.

 He was also part of a noise core/industrial/techno project which started in 2004, with fellow Descent dj ANT1-H3R0, which never really lead anywhere due to lack of willing musicians. The "Jihad project" as it was referred to was put on indefinite hiatus, and he is now currently focusing on a solo project, hopefully seeing completion mid-late 2008.
